How Pilates Can Help You.

To get the best out of Pilates, a 1-2-1 session is an excellent way to achieve your own personal goals.  After an initial consultation to discuss a client's needs and goals, I then design a tailored programme, addressing postural imbalances, muscle and joint pain as well as general conditioning work.

 

The programme will involve exercises either on mat and/or reformer using auxiliary equipment to create the best outcome possible for the client.
